This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for all our services—whether online or offline.
Course Enrollment & Payments
Once you enroll in any of our programs, including but not limited to:
Online or offline Yoga Certification Courses
Therapy-based programs (group or personal)
Natural healing sessions
Workshops or special training programs
Recorded video sessions or lectures
and complete the payment process, your seat or digital access is confirmed and reserved. Every participant is advised to thoroughly read the course description, schedule, fee structure, and learning mode before making the payment.
No Refund After Purchase
All purchases made through Yogrishi Ashram—whether via online platforms, bank transfers, UPI, or in-person payments—are final and non-refundable. Once the payment is processed and course access is granted, no refund requests will be entertained, including but not limited to the following reasons:
Change in personal schedule or commitments
Inability to attend live sessions
Unsatisfactory internet or technical issues at the participant’s end
Change of mind or disinterest after joining
Failure to begin or complete the course
Duplicate or accidental payments without proof
We allocate significant resources for course preparation, certification assistance, therapy setup, and personalized guidance, making refunds unfeasible.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once the enrollment is confirmed and access has been granted. This applies to:
One-on-one therapy sessions
Group classes
Yajna/havan therapy sessions
Weekend workshops or wellness camps
Certification course enrollments
In case of unavoidable emergencies, the participant may request rescheduling for select services (like therapy sessions) with prior written notice, subject to availability and administrative approval. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Course Postponement or Cancellation by Yogrishi Ashram
In the rare event that Yogrishi Ashram must cancel or postpone a course or session due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, illness of faculty, technical failure, etc.), you will be notified in advance and provided with either:
A rescheduled date for the session
A credit note for attending an equivalent course in the future
Or access to recorded sessions, if applicable
No cash refunds will be made in such cases. We aim to ensure minimal disruption to your learning experience.
Responsibility of the Participant
It is your responsibility to verify course compatibility, availability, and technical requirements before making the purchase.
Please keep your payment receipts, transaction IDs, and email confirmations safe for future reference.
Participation in our courses implies agreement with this policy.
