Therapeutic applications of Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Dhyana Yoga.
Ahara (diet), Triguna theory, and relevance in daily wellness.
Ashtanga Yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, and their effects on personality development, emotional mastery, and mental balance.
Kriya Yoga: Control of kleshas (mental afflictions), karma theory, and attaining spiritual well-being.
Hatha Yoga as Therapy: Practices from Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Shiva Samhita. Therapeutic use of Shatkarmas, Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, and Nada Anusandhana.
Yoga Vasishtha: Mind management, control through Abhyasa (practice) and Vairagya (detachment), Prana management, and the journey toward Samadhi and Moksha.
